The Role:

In this key role, you will partner with people leaders at all levels to design and facilitate targeted learning strategies that align with business goals, elevate skills, and support both individual and organisation growth through development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an L&D strategy that enhances workforce capability and supports business growth.
- Manage and evolve ARB University , our online learning management system.
- Design, deliver, and assess competency-based training programs across all levels, from shop floor to leadership.
- Link training initiatives to career pathways and organisational capability frameworks.
- Provide expert guidance to managers on individual and team development needs.
- Implement blended learning solutions (online, in-person, hybrid) tailored to business and employee needs.
- Measure and analyse learning effectiveness to ensure training delivers measurable value.
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships to drive a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Lead a small learning function and play an active role in the People and Culture Leadership team
About You:
You are an innovative and results-driven learning professional with a passion for empowering people. You will bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Learning & Development, or Adult Education.
- 5+ years' experience in training design, competency frameworks, and impactful learning initiatives (blue-collar or automotive industry experience preferred).
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Exceptional communication & facilitation
- A proactive, collaborative, and solution-focused mindset.
