The Opportunity

Reporting to the Central Queensland Supervising Principal of Personal Injuries, with support from the Legal Operations Manager, the role of Regional Practice Coordinator (RPC) will provide assistance across the Central Queensland Region.

This is a pivotal position, where your efforts will directly shape and influence the success of our Central Queensland region. As an RPC, you will play a key role in enhancing team performance and ensuring the seamless operation of our practice.

Your contributions will be instrumental in supporting the Supervising Principal and driving continuous improvement initiatives. By effectively managing administrative and operational tasks, you will enable our team to deliver exceptional legal services and achieve outstanding results.

This role presents an opportunity to make a significant and lasting impact on our clients, colleagues, and the overall success of our firm. You will be at the heart of our operations, helping us to exceed expectations and achieve our strategic objectives.

The role will provide support to employees across Rockhampton and Mackay, with monthly travel required between both locations. We are therefore flexible to hire candidates in either our Rockhampton or Mackay offices.

The experience we are looking for:

  • People Management: Lead, coach and develop team members to unlock their full potential by providing exceptional leadership.
  • Performance & Development: Be actively involved in the performance appraisal process, talent management, and workforce planning.
  • Leader Support: Provide critical support to the Supervising Principal, optimising their time and effectiveness.
  • Practice Management and Administration: Oversee financial and matter management, ensuring accuracy and compliance whilst facilitating the smooth operation of the office, managing calendars, leave approvals, and team communication.
  • Projects & Innovation: Contribute to region’s development and continuous improvement initiatives, driving the firm's growth and success.
  • Collaboration: Mentor and support team members, and embrace opportunities for personal and professional growth, continuously learning and sharing knowledge with others.
