About The RoleAs HR Advisor, you will be an important member of the Human Resources team, based in our Brisbane office at Eagle Farm. Your focus will be coordinating and delivering HR initiatives across the business to support our projects across Australia. Key responsibilities will include:Provide professional HR advice on employee relations, workplace policies, and HR processes.Assist with the resolution of employee disputes, grievances, and disciplinary matters.Oversee performance management, including supporting managers in conducting reviews and giving feedback.Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards, labour laws, and company policies.Participate in the development and implementation of employee well-being, engagement, and retention programs.Support the creation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures to align with best practices and legal requirements.Monitor and handle employee leaves, including managing sick leave, annual leave, and other entitlements.Provide data-driven insights through HR reporting and analytics.Award and agreement interpretationAssisting with negotiating Enterprise AgreementsAssisting with Recruitment if required
This is a pivotal role within the business and will require: Tertiary qualification in HR2 - 3 years experience in HRDemonstrated analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills to effectively resolve issues in the workplace;Advanced time management, planning and organizational skills with the ability manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines;Good Understanding of employment law and best practices in HR.Ability to work well in a fast paced team;Ability to travel to projects Australia wide if required;A work ethic and attitude in keeping with Redpath's motto Consider it done — safely.
