  • Part-time (0.7 FTE over 4-5 days), fixed term contract until 29 October 2026
  • Starting salary: $78,975 per annum pro rata (plus 17% superannuation)

About the Role
As the Project Officer: Apprenticeship Program, you will be responsible for a range of administration and project coordination activities to support UniSA’s Software Engineering Apprenticeship Program. You will provide high-level operational and administration support to the Program, working closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders, including industry partners, students, academic staff and professional staff teams. Your high-level administration, relationship management, and organisation skills will be key to your success in this role.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • High level administration and project coordination skills
  • High level communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in liaising with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to operate in a dynamic environment with demonstrated organisational and time management skills
  • High levels of initiative, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • An understanding of the university environment or apprenticeship programs is highly regarded
