- Provide expert advisory services related to mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to assess potential investment opportunities and risks
- Prepare pitch books, presentations, and reports for clients to communicate insights and recommendations
- Perform due diligence and industry research to support strategic decision-making
- Maintain relationships with clients and industry stakeholders to facilitate business development opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and execute financial transactions
- Keep abreast of market trends and regulatory changes affecting investment banking and client portfolios
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or relevant certification (CFA) is preferred
- Proven experience as an Investment Banker or in a similar financial advisory role
- Strong understanding of financial statements, investment analysis, and capital markets
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with a high proficiency in financial modeling
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively
