Description:

Provide HR advice and guidance to managers, franchise partners, and employees across ANZ. -
Offer employee relations support, develop resources for performance management, oversee HR onboarding, and manage employee cases. -
Assist in implementing HR projects that align with organisational goals, covering areas such as performance management, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws. -
Foster strong relationships with employees and franchise partners. -
Support initiatives around employee engagement, wellbeing programs, diversity, equity, and inclusion. -
Maintain accurate HR records, prepare reports on key HR metrics, and assist with managing HRIS, payroll, and workforce management systems. -
Promote and support workplace safety through active participation in Work Health and Safety (WHS) initiatives and compliance activities.
Requirements:

Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline. -
Previous HR Advisor experience, ideally in a fast-paced or multi-location setting (and/or retail) - Experience in employee relations is essential

Strong knowledge of employment legislation, industrial relations, and compliance within Australia and New Zealand. -
Excellent communication skills and proven stakeholder management abilities. -
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and handle multiple projects concurrently.
Conditions:
- $105,000 to $110,000 + super
