Description:
- Manage Customer Inquiries: Respond to and resolve customer enquiries efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
- Build and Maintain Strong Client Relationships: Develop long-lasting relationships with clients by offering exceptional service and support.
- Order and Delivery Processing: Provide accurate quotations, process orders, and advise customers on order status and delivery schedules.
- Customer Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with customers on quotes, order acknowledgements, invoicing, delivery estimates, and mill delivery details.
- Product Knowledge: Quickly learn and provide comprehensive product knowledge, ensuring customers are directed to the right information.
- Anticipate Customer Needs: Take a proactive approach in servicing customers, understanding their requirements, and coordinating with the RSM and customers to meet their expectations.
- Import/Export and Shipping Matters: Handle import/export operations and shipping-related tasks, ensuring smooth logistics processes.
- Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with supply chain, sales, and other teams to maintain high service levels and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with 3PL: Ensure accurate shipping documentation for local customs clearance and effective warehouse inventory management.
- Support Sales Representatives: Assist sales reps by managing customer relationships, handling quotes, stock checks, contracts, follow-ups, deliveries, order intake, and providing accurate documentation.
- Stock Management and Coordination: Support sales teams in maintaining healthy stock levels by collaborating with planners and mills to ensure availability and timely delivery.
Requirements:
Our successful candidate will have:
- A strong sales background, ideally in the retail industry, with a proven track record of exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify new business opportunities and provide tailored solutions.
- Experience with SAP, B1, or similar systems is preferred but not required, along with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A resilient, self-motivated attitude, capable of thriving both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong focus on maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, while demonstrating adaptability during quieter periods.
