The Role

• Multiple roles available across 2 specialised teams providing admin support services
• Seeking proven experience processing monies or records management in a mailroom
• On-site role in Perth CBD

These roles are available across 2 specialised administration teams:
• Payments - processing monies going out of the fund, and
• Servicing team – handling records for membership and claims via mail, email or fax

Your key responsibility will be to ensure the accurate and efficient processing of administrative tasks within agreed service standards. When required, there will also be some direct liaison with customers.

Key Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities
• Processing all operational administration
• Reviewing work to avoid re-doing tasks
• Investigation and ownership of complex queries
• Adherence to agreed service and quality standards
• Ensuring compliance and adhering to all legislative requirements required for the role
• Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve enquiries
• Actively contributing towards continuous process improvement
• Positive participation in the team, including discussing and sharing ideas
• Displaying a proactive approach to independent learning
• Comply with all company policies, our core values and procedures

Experience & Personal Attributes
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and other software packages
• Previous experience in processing high volumes of data
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
• Proven ability to solve complex problems and deliver innovative solutions
• Demonstrated customer focus with the ability to collaborate with others to achieve desired outcomes
• Proven ability to prioritise and time manage multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven track record of reliability and punctuality in a structured environment
• Strong ability to maintain composure, demonstrate empathy and resilience when handling difficult or sensitive cases or customers
• Demonstrated positive attitude to learning new skills
