Are you passionate about using data to drive meaningful change in education? As a Senior Education Analyst, Education, you’ll play a key role in the Centre for Education, Innovation, and Quality (CEIQ), delivering insights and analysis that supports educators and enhances the student experience.
This role requires strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of Higher Education. You’ll be responsible for designing, collecting, analysing, and interpreting key data sets related to student performance, feedback, and institutional processes. Your work will inform governance and management, guiding strategic decision-making and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver data-driven insights, reporting, and analysis to support student success and institutional effectiveness.

Provide strategic advice on process improvements, ensuring alignment with compliance and continuous improvement objectives.

Analyse key student performance and feedback data, translating complex findings into clear, actionable insights.

Support the practical implementation of the CEIQ Operating Plan, enhancing governance and management oversight.

You are a highly analytical thinker who translates complex data into compelling stories and actionable insights. With an understanding of higher education, you excel at data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder engagement, driving process improvements that support institutional goals.

wide interpretive and evaluative function to ensure consistent process, practice and design in academic quality supporting continuous improvement and transparency in reporting of enterprise wide outcomes to key bodies and boards to support assurance compliance and enhancement. CEIQ and its operations drive consistency in design and direction across RMIT University to support
academic quality and continuous improvement of all accredited programs and products, enhancing our student and staff experience.
The Centre partners and collaborates with RMIT Colleges/Schools and other portfolios to support staff across the University to embed a culture of academic quality and enhancement.
