Responsibilities

- Assess and manage technology risks and ensure data security and compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and support business processes
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
- Oversee IT budgets and resource allocation to optimize performance and cost-effectiveness
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in an IT leadership role, with a focus on strategic planning and technology management
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, security, and software development lifecycle
- Experience managing complex IT projects and leading cross-functional teams
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and implement innovative solutions that drive business success
- Industry certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, or CISSP) are a plus
