Your New Role
As a Digital Designer, you will be responsible for creating compelling and visually impactful digital assets across multiple platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital marketing materials. Your role requires a strong grasp of UI/UX principles and web design to ensure smooth, user-friendly experiences.
You will collaborate closely with marketing, development, and content teams to transform creative ideas into high-quality visuals. Ideal candidates should have expertise in Graphic Design, Web Design, UX/UI Design, and Digital Marketing.
Your Day to Day
- Design and develop dynamic motion graphics, animations, and video content for social media, websites, digital ads, and interactive experiences. This includes digital billboards, gamification elements, and immersive activations in the digital space
- Create high-quality digital designs for websites, landing pages, social media, and marketing campaigns while maintaining brand consistency
- Create visually appealing web designs that align with brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
- Lead the design and execution of digital campaigns across various platforms including social media, email, display ads, and other digital marketing channels
- Continuously explore and integrate new design trends, digital tools, and technologies to keep the company ahead of the curve
- Create and enforce design standards for digital channels, ensuring cohesive and visually engaging experiences
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- 3-5 years of experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital projects
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects), as well as design tools like Figma and Sketch, with experience in web platforms such as WordPress
- Experience with web design, including UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility best practices
- Knowledge of HTML & CSS (coding skills are a plus but not mandatory)
- Understanding of wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, or Adobe XD
- Experience with motion graphics and animation tools such as After Effects
- Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify
- Familiarity with email marketing design (e.g. Klaviyo or Yotpo).
