About the Role:
As a Site Safety Supervisor, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the SHEQ processes across the site. Serving as the Site Supervisor across all South Australian sites you will report to the SHEQ Manager. This role is a crucial role in delivering high-quality safety systems across the site whilst supporting all operators across the site be working in a safe manner. Your ability to lead educate and support the staff out on site is critical to being successful. prioritize competing demands, and maintain clear, professional communication will be key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement SHEQ systems and procedures on site
- Promote the key values across safety, health, environmental and quality for IWS
- Motivate a positive SHEQ culture for IWS, being consistent with all principles and standards
- Ensure that all personnel working on the site have undergone the safety induction training
- Assist the Site Managers/ Project Manager as required in carrying out safety inspections, reporting safety performance data, conducting induction training and conducting daily pre-start and toolbox meetings where applicable.
- Contribute to reviewing SWMS and JSEA's and monitor the full and proper implementation of agreed safe work methods
- Provide support to the Project Management Team
- Assist in compiling SHEQ management plans
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum qualification of Certificate IV in OHS or currently be studying in this field
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Hold a current White Card
- Hold a current Driver's License
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a site SHEQ role
- Experience in safety management systems
