The Role
As a Senior Estimator, you’ll bring expertise, drive, and a proven track record in securing commercial construction projects. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing Design & Construct tenders
- Developing cost plans and refining D&C pricing
- Measuring and pricing builder’s quantities
- Overseeing the tender process and managing documentation
- Sourcing and evaluating quotes from subcontractors and suppliers
- Strengthening client relationships through regular engagement and follow-ups

This well-established Tier 3 contractor is known for its progressive and client-focused approach, boasting an 80% repeat client base. They deliver diverse commercial projects across:
- Aged care
- Education facilities
- Healthcare developments
- Residential buildings
- Sports and leisure complexes
- Government-funded projects

Are you suitable?
If you're a strong fit for this Senior Estimator role, ensure you meet the following criteria:
- 10+ years of Estimating experience with commercial head contractors
- Proven success in pricing and securing projects over $25M
- Proficiency in relevant Estimating software
- Strong ability to interpret plans and specifications
- Exceptional communication skills
