Change Lead – Organisational & People Transformation – Initial 12-month contractOur client, a leading organisation delivering essential services, is seeking a Change Lead to drive organisational and people-focused change initiatives. This role will play a key part in ensuring smooth transitions across multiple programs, including Asset Management enhancements, system upgrades and financial process transformations. The focus will be on embedding change across behaviours, ways of working and cultural adoption to achieve long-term success.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Develop and implement holistic change strategies that prioritise people and organisational impact.
- Conduct change impact assessments and design targeted interventions to drive adoption.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to build advocacy and alignment across teams.
- Develop and deliver communication plans that support transparency and engagement.
- Collaborate with business leaders, HR and project teams to integrate change initiatives.
- Support capability-building efforts through training, coaching and leadership engagement.
- Monitor success metrics and continuously refine change strategies to drive sustainability.
- Prepare teams for transition, ensuring business readiness and effective support frameworks.
The skills/experience needed will include but not be limited to:
- Extensive experience leading organisational change across complex programs.
- Strong background in behavioural change, stakeholder engagement and workforce transition.
- Expertise in designing and delivering people-focused change strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively across various business functions and leadership teams.
- Experience in Asset Management, system upgrades or financial transformation is highly desirable.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to working in a dynamic environment.
- Industry experience in utilities or similar sectors is advantageous.
