Operations Coordinator
On any given day, 60+ vehicles and over 100 people are helping Aussies move the right way with Holloway. We pride ourselves on always going the extra mile, offering a helping hand throughout every stage of the removals and storage process. We believe the key to our success is in our people, and we are looking to add an Operations Coordinator to our ranks based at our Mulgrave VIC branch.
Role Description
- You will be responsible for providing outstanding logistics operations and administration support
- Transport allocation and scheduling
- Processing sales orders and invoices
- Booking removals teams, generating consignment notes and tracking jobs
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Maintaining and entering information into databases with high attention to detail
- Support warehouse operations where needed
About you
- Transport allocation and scheduling experience is a must (logistics scheduling experience)
- A good working knowledge of inventory management/ software packages
- High attention to detail especially in regards to data entry
- Able to work unsupervised; highly organised and motivated
- Excellent communicator, with strong Customer Service experience
- Forklift license a must (high reach exp.)
- Hr/HC license advantageous
