About you…
We’re looking for a ‘new’ safety professional with life-worked experience for this 6 month program! Someone who has forged a career path previously… were you a nurse, engineer, in operations or perhaps HR and have found your calling in safety?
You will be an Australian resident, based in Melbourne. We don’t have set “rules” about office attendance; however, we see this full-time role being a minimum of 50% work from the office, to allow collaboration with mentors throughout its six-month period.
Some of the skills and experiences we believe will be important for the role include:
- Aligned Background: Career path in safety, HR, engineering, allied health, operations, technology, or related fields.
- Qualification: Certificate IV, Graduate Diploma, or Degree in safety.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication.
- Travel: Willingness to travel to client sites.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Confidentiality: Mindful handling of sensitive information.

Recruitment Process
There will be a screening call with our Head of People, following which we do 2 rounds of interviews (including a safety assessment task).
