The Role:Reporting to the CEO, you will be tasked with driving growth & the success of the business by devising & executing strategic account plans & processes & exceeding revenue targets whilst coaching, mentoring & upskilling your team of Business Development Managers.
Key Responsibilities include:- Devising strategic account strategies
- Cement relationships with existing customers
- Lead market research & analysis to uncover potential business opportunities
- Lead proposal development & contract negotiation processes
- Partner with internal stakeholders to create effective pricing strategies
- Lead forecasting & performance review processes
- 8 years Business Development experience within Healthcare
- Previous team management experience essential
- Superior account management capabilities
- Proven track record of uncovering new business
- Track record of exceeding sales targets
- Agile & flexible mindset
- Superior business & commercial acumen
- Experience with Oncology advantageous
