Are you an experienced Tenancy Delivery Manager (or worked in a similar role) with strong communication skills and excellent organisational skills looking to be a part of national retail team? This permanent full-time position will be responsible for ensuring our tenancies open on time across our NSW shopping centres and national shopping centres where required.
Your days will see you coordinating, managing, delivering and reporting on the Lessee, their Designers and Shopfitters progress for all New Merchant and Renewal activities across their Centres. Importantly you will promote, support and champion tenancy delivery across their portfolio and to support their Leasing and Centre Management Teams in delivering the Centre Strategic Asset Plans.

About the role
- Coordinate and drive the design and delivery programme for New Merchants and Renewals to maximise rental income and minimise capital expenditure through active management of key delivery milestones
- Provide technical expertise to ensure accurate quoting on tenancy reconfigurations and other lessor works for the Leasing team to use in their negotiation process
- Manage and oversee the accurate pricing and programming of Lessor works and Category 1 works
- Manage and oversee the accurate updating of the Tenancy delivery Schedule for their Centres
- Develop strong partnerships with their Centres, Leasing and Head Office teams
- Encourage, support and champion appropriate Retail Design standard expectations to the Tenants and their Centre and Leasing teams
- Drive and promote personal and business improvements
- Support the accurate and timely production of Lease Plans for use by the Leasing team, the Tenant and Lease Administration

- Proven experience in a similar role and responsibilities
- Well developed problem solving and interpersonal relationship building skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks to a tight timeline
- Collaborative manner with ability to work as part of a cross functional team
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective organisational and communication skills
- Efficient, well organised, adaptive, resilient and trusted
- Confident communicator, reads the room, has sound judgement and ‘street smart’
- A qualification from within the construction/project management disciplines or similar would be highly desirable
This role is predominately based at our Head Office in Double Bay and would also work across our other centres in NSW including Wollongong Central, Seven Hills, Jesmond Central, Wallsend Village along with providing support at Westpoint Blacktown when required.
