We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our dedicated team.
Position: Customer Service Executive – full-time, 38 hours a week

At Honest to Goodness, Sales and Customer service work hand-in-hand as an integrated team. This role requires a candidate with a proactive mindset and a commercial approach, capable of balancing customer support with identifying opportunities to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
This role will require you to:
- Be the first point of contact and provide excellent customer service to wholesale, online and retail customers who have enquiries, complaints or require assistance.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries, issues and cases via phone, email or chat to provide solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk.
- Identify and escalate priority issues, complaints, or any inefficiencies in process to the Customer Service Team Leader.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer issues and concerns.
- Proactively work with the sales, marketing and logistics teams on various projects.
To be successful for this role you must:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Highly motivated, pro-active attitude.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with a “can do” attitude.
- Ability to work independently in a team environment.
- Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Attention to detail
- Experience with Zoho CRM preferred, but not essential.
- Proven experience with accessing and updating company systems
