We have an opening within our Operations teams, reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is a vital role responsible for ensuring seamless execution of operations tasks. This role is also coordinating the key functions that support the investment and management activities. Your position within the organisation is pivotal to proactively managing a variety of tasks ranging from investor relations support to administrative duties whilst ensuring the smooth operation and timely delivery of our strategic initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to;

• Assisting, maintaining and nurturing investor relationships;

• Coordinate and prepare materials for investor meetings and communications;

• Support the execution of investor reporting and updates;

• Organise and manage logistics for company-wide Townhall meetings;

• Initiate beginning-of-the-month and beginning-of-the-quarter tasks and reports;

• Develop and implement streamlined processes for routine operational activities;

• Prepare decks, reports, and marketing materials to support business development efforts;

• Manage and update social media accounts to enhance company visibility and engagement;

• Assist in the preparation and coordination of ASX announcements, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures; and

• Administer and manage the accounting platform, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional ability to manage multiple projects with a high regard for detail and be highly organised. They will have strong written and communication skills and be comfortable with interacting effectively with various stakeholders. They will be proficient in Google Drive and social media platforms and have some experience with accounting software. They will also have the ability to anticipate issues and develop proactive solutions as they work with the operations team and see the overall delivery. Strong team player with a willingness to assist others and work collaboratively.
