Beefy’s have an exciting opportunity for Customer Service Assistants for our new store opening in Capalaba in March 2025. We have the following positions available:

  • Store Manager
  • Assistant Manager
  • Senior Customer Service Assistants
  • Junior Customer Service Assistants

About us

Beefy’s proudly make a wide range of scrumptious pies, pasties, sausage rolls, slices, tarts, cakes and much more. We are well known in SE Qld and have won multiple awards! Our production facility supplies high quality products to our 12 stores across South East Qld & NSW and our friendly team have a reputation for excellent customer service.

The Roles

The roles will involve working a range of shifts between Monday and Sunday and between the hours of (approx.) 05.00am and 18.30pm.

Senior positionswill involve opening/closing the shop therefore your own transport will be essential. Training will be provided at one of our existing stores nearby from February.

Junior positionswill involve working after school, on the weekends and school holidays.

About You

The successful candidates will be friendly and enthusiastic with a positive attitude, a willingness to follow our proven procedures and an aptitude for providing excellent customer service.

Duties will include:

  • Ensuring excellence in Customer Service as the number one priority
  • Ensuring the highest standards of food safety and store cleanliness

Seniors/ Managers:

  • Management of stock including rotation, quality and minimising wastage
  • Implementing operational policies and managing back office administration
  • Maintain knowledge and understanding of Workplace Health & Safety & Food Safety
  • Training, supervising, mentoring and coaching team members
  • Planning and managing rosters (Managers)
  • Promoting a positive work environment that motivates team members to grow, be challenged and have fun!
