Production Assistant in Fabric Cutting Machine and/or Sublimation Printing Department
Full-time role

Base annual salary: $49,358 + superannuation

Sylvia P creates fun and fashionable sports and activewear garments to boost confidence in those who wear them. Our garments are manufactured locally in Capalaba, QLD by our talented team.
We are seeking to hire motivated, organised, and detail-oriented individuals to join our Cutting Team or Sublimation Printing team. This would suit those who have experience in the textile industry or are looking to get a start in the sportswear manufacturing industry. We provide hands-on training that allows you to operate the textile machinery that is used to cut unique and colourful fabrics.
About your new role as Fabric Cutter:
- Use an automated cutting machine called Pathfinder
- Laying up our beautiful fabrics
- Off-loading cut panels, sorting and distribute throughout our factories
- Manual fabric cutting when needed
About your new role as Sublimation Press Operator:
- Off-load or on-load fabric and paper at the sublimation machine
- On the spot quality control
