We are currently seeking a passionate and Experience Program Coordinator to join our Rockhampton office for our Skilling Queenslanders for work Programs. If you are enthusiastic and have a gusto for increasing First Nations involvement in programs and events, then we want you!
The Skilling QLD For Work Program is a Queensland Government initiative. It’s designed to provide training and support to Queenslanders who are facing difficulty in finding employment. The program aims to enhance the skills, qualifications, and employability of participants, thereby helping them secure sustainable employment or progress in their careers.
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled individual who is passionate about making a positive impact and possesses the experience and enthusiasm to excel in our team.
Your Mission:
• Coordinate & Collaborate: Work seamlessly with our training team, scheduling programs, recruiting participants, and accessing additional support services.
• Mentor & Support: Provide expert guidance alongside our program mentors, ensuring each participant thrives.
• Achieve & Exceed: Navigate multiple stakeholders and exceed outcomes. Yes, there’s reporting, but that’s just part of guiding people towards their perfect job and adding a smile to their day.

• Passion & Experience: A background in Program Coordination, and training, NB. Cert IV in TAE highly advantageous with proven experience in vocational education and training
