If you are an aspiring IT Service Desk professional that has a passion for technology, helping people and wants to be part of a great team servicing a diverse range of clients – then this role is for you!
You will be running the IT for other small and medium sized businesses. Everything from setting up hardware and software to dealing with ISPs, web developers and vertical market software providers to business owners and people in all different roles and industries.
To be successful in this role you will:
• have 2+ years IT experience supporting Windows network environments
• excel at explaining things in a language that non-technical people can understand
• appreciate elegant simplicity over complexity
• approach tasks with a sense of urgency
• be well-presented, thorough and organised
• have your driver’s license to visit clients for onsite work
Key Responsibilities and skills include:
• Strive for a high level of first contact resolution
• Deliver consistently high levels of customer service
• Follow up cases and requests to completion
• Ability to perform appropriate diagnostics to initiate problem or change management workflow process
• Prior experience in an MSP help desk role would be beneficial
