Life Stream Australia has opportunities for Support Workers to become a part of a community access team supporting Participants with an intellectual disability in the greater Brisbane region specifically Springfield and Forest Lake.

Life Stream Australia is a NDIS registered service provider and as such, require employees to have a NDIS Worker Screening Card (or capacity to get this). Employees are required to have (or have the capacity to get) their first aid certificate (including CPR), a smart phone and a reliable vehicle. Employees are also required to undertake a lot of training.
