Calling Machine Operators
Macadamia Farm Management is progressively leading large-scale production of macadamia nuts in the Maryborough and surrounding regions . The role will commence as casual (full-time hours) with opportunity to go permanent.

What you will be doing:
• Conducting various machine operations including slashing, mowing, spreading, mulching, fertigating, harvesting and spraying, and changing machine attachments
• Driving quad bikes and buggies
• Keeping machinery clean and tidy, greased up, oiled and changing filters
• Remaining flexible and open to learning new skills
• Assisting in duties across the farm when not operating machinery
• Using GPS to navigate and autosteer machinery
What we need from you as a Machine Operator:
1. Previous experience in operating machinery
2. Ability to workday and night shifts, depending on operational requirements
2. Physically fit to undertake labour tasks
3. Confidence to learn, with training, how to use GPS, digital timesheets and apps to record information
4. Current QLD Drivers Licence and reliable transport
Horticultural Award pay rates apply.
