We are a small but mighty team, agile in our response to client & industry needs and led by a board approved supervisor with over 25 years’ experience as a registered psychologist. What are we seeking?We are seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to join our passionate team, assisting our Lead Clinician to support our team of behaviour specialists and therapists. The position is permanent with flexible hours to suit either full or part time arrangements. Your responsibilities will include:supporting our clinical team to achieve positive outcomes for our clients through their behaviour support or therapy servicesassisting our principal practitioner with the management of case loads, clinical issues and development of clinical services working collaboratively with external stakeholders to deliver services in line with needsidentifying and delivering opportunities for staff training and professional developmenttaking on an active case load to support complex client needs To be successful in the role, you will need to bring:a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a relevant clinical field (psychology, behaviour support, other clinical therapy)demonstrated experience in the clinical management of a qualified team registration with a relevant professional body, such as APHRA / AASW / BSPAknowledge of NDIS practice standardsworking with vulnerable people registrationWhat's on offer?This is your opportunity to work as part of a multidisciplinary team that thrives on knowledge and improving outcomes and quality of life for their clients.
