- Perth Airport Location - 7/7 - 12hr Days & Nights Roster
- Internal Secondment/ Fixed Term opportunity
The secondment is expected to be required through to February 2026.
Duties
- Monitor and control all site operations to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of mining activities.
- Utilise control systems and dashboards to optimise production processes and minimise downtime.
- Respond promptly to any operational issues, providing solutions and support to the team.
- Maintain accurate records of all mining activities and report on performance metrics.
- Ensure adherence to integrated remote operations policies and procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Strong influencing and negotiating skills with the ability to make strong stakeholder relationships
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
- Evidence of working safely, understanding safety or safe systems of work
- Strong understanding of mine site safety and operational procedures
- Proficiency in using computers and software
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and coordinate with multiple departments.
- Free on-site parking at remote operational centre (ROC)
