About the role

This role offers the ability to work from our Belmont office in WA, with the flexibility of a hybrid work model (3 days in office, 2 days WFH). This role will be full time, 38 hours per week.
Reporting to the Accountant, this role is responsible for all accounts receivable functions.
Other responsibilities include:
- Processing receipts and payments
- Processing refunds
- Monthly reconciliation and filing
- Answering incoming calls, emails and handling customer queries
- Banking
- Ad hoc duties

- Experience with Excel and Word
