We are seeking an experienced Education and Clinical Support Manager to join our Quality, Safety, and Innovation team. This key leadership role is responsible for delivering high-quality education and training programs, ensuring staff have the skills and capability to provide consumer-centred, evidence-based care.
As a clinical education leader, you will drive continuous improvement, compliance, and best practices, supporting the development and sustainability of the clinical workforce in line with Aged Care Quality Standards and legislative requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and review education resources to align with the new Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Deliver clinical training and mentorship to staff, ensuring evidence-based knowledge and competency.
- Support accreditation preparedness by collaborating with the Quality Team to meet compliance requirements.
- Ensure all training programs and learning resources are current and regularly reviewed.
- Engage in reflective practice to improve training delivery and clinical outcomes.
- Participate in policy and procedure development to enhance care quality and compliance.
- Registered Nurse (AHPRA registered).
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment (TAE40110) or willingness to obtain.
- Strong knowledge of aged care legislation, including the Aged Care Act 2025 and Support at Home program.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience in assessing, monitoring, and evaluating staff learning and development needs.
