We are seeking highly skilled and motivated people to join our team. Reporting to the Director - Client Services, you will partner with Private Bankers, focussed on retaining and growing new and existing client relationships in the High Net Worth (HNW) segment. You will play a key role in coordinating the delivery of our service proposition, ensuring client satisfaction and driving financial performance, including our Global Investment Service offering.

Key responsibilities will be to develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and HNW clients, support client acquisition and growth, promote digital offerings, manage client setup and onboarding, log and manage complaints, accurately record client interactions in line with policy, maintain portfolio information within risk controls, and drive financial performance.

What do I need?

To be set up for success as the preferred candidate, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Experience in sales/relationship management in banking/financial services.
  • Excellent organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong ability to prioritise tasks while collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • RG146 Tier 2 Compliance Qualification preferred.
