A fantastic contracting opportunity for an experienced Speech Pathologist seeking ultimate work flexibility, NO KPI targets and generous hourly rates, in an organisation who focuses on providing quality, client centred care!
- Earn $120 - $140 per hour + Super (depending on your experience)
- Adult Caseload in community settings & WFH for admin
- NO KPI targets, fortnightly check in's with the Director and optional external supervision available
- Tailored Location: See clients within a convenient 30-minute radius from where you live
- Complete Control Over Your Schedule: Structure your week with dedicated face-to-face and report-writing days, managing your own calendar to fit both your and your clients’ needs.
- Generous Pay & Travel Reimbursement: Earn a very competitive rate of $125 - $140 per hour (depending on your experience), with travel time reimbursed at the same rate plus 98c per km, giving you the flexibility to maximize your time on the road.
- No KPI Pressure: My client prioritises quality over quantity, allowing you to take on a caseload that matches your preferred work-life balance. Ideally, they’re seeking a commitment of 2-3 days a week.
- Caseload Variety: This role offers a diverse adult only NDIS caseload, including dysphagia, ASD, aphasia, and swallowing support.
- Seamless Admin Support: The admin team handles all service agreements, referrals, and initial risk assessments, allowing you to focus on client care. A Salesforce-based system keeps everything organised and accessible.
- Consistent Marketing Support: My client’s dedicated marketing team works tirelessly to keep referrals flowing, especially if you’re looking for more clients in your area.
- Engaged, Quality-Focused Management: Biweekly check-ins with the director ensure you stay supported and can provide feedback, fostering a team culture that’s committed to continuous quality improvement.
- Thorough Onboarding Process: A smooth start awaits, with a detailed induction and gradual caseload build-up, plus weekly check-ins to help you settle into the role seamlessly.
- PD Support : My client is happy to discuss a PD allowance to support your professional growth.

Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Minimum 1 year post graduate experience & NDIS experience
- SPA membership
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Drivers license and own vehicle
