- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services;
- Coordinate and schedule meeting rooms, ensuring they are properly set up with necessary equipment and resources;
- Reporting- Travel system and meeting room booking system; and
- Consolidates invoices/expenses.
- Legal or Professional Services experience desired;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, visitors, and employees at all levels;
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively; and
- Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment and handle situations with professionalism.
