Description:
- Provide first/second-line support for legal staff, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist with Microsoft Office apps (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams) to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor email security, manage mobile devices and deploy software patches.
- Work with the IT team on system upgrades and new tech implementations.
Requirements:
- 12-18 months of IT support or Service Desk experience in a professional services or legal setting.
- Expertise in Azure, Office 365, Outlook, Exchange, SCCM, Mimecast, and Intune.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive approach to supporting users at all levels of the organization.
