Role Description:
We’re on the hunt for passionate, skilled professionals ready to make a real difference. If you’re a Rehabilitation Counsellor, Occupational Therapist, Social Worker, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Nurse, or Psychologist, we want you on our team! In this contract role, you’ll provide occupational rehabilitation services for high-impact schemes like DVA, DVA WASP, Comcare, ORAMS, and offer vital case management and return-to-work support. Your expertise will drive life-changing outcomes through assessments, tailored rehabilitation plans, and close collaboration with a network of dedicated professionals and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Relevant qualification in your discipline with a minimum of 3 years of specific experience
- At least 3 years in the occupational rehabilitation industry
- 1+ year working with military personnel, first responders, or similar groups
- Experience in complex case management (1+ year)
- Mental Health First Aid training (or willingness to complete)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Comcare accreditation
- DVA occupational rehabilitation experience
