Role description
We are currently seeking an experienced District Nurse to join our team on a casual basis. As a District Nurse, you will provide essential nursing care to patients within their own homes, ensuring they receive high-quality, individualised care. You will work closely with patients, their families, and a multidisciplinary team to deliver care plans that promote independence and improve health outcomes.
About you
* Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse in the State of Victoria
* Qualifications and/or experience in a relevant clinical speciality, commuity health, district nursing, primary health care, palliative care, acute and/or aged care.
* Demonstarted high level of inter-personal skills with the ability to effectively liaise with patients, clients, the community, service providers and other agencies
* Current Victorian Drivers licence
