Description:
This role is an initial 3-month contract working for the local government. Ideally you will be a strong contract administrator/officer with the ability to start as soon as possible.Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting in-field inspections to monitor compliance and service delivery
- Handling complaint resolutions and solving problems effectively
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and contractors
- Providing excellent customer service including managing phone and email inquiries
- Having a high level of accuracy in completing tasks for weekly workflows
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience with MS Office and Outlook
- Experience with CRM Systems (ideally Pathways/GeoCortex /OneCRM) and eagerness to learn new systems
- Good understanding of contracts
- Great problem solving skills
- Prior experience working for a builder is highly advantageous
