PKL Recruitment is partnering with a leading Australian provider of precious metal products, offering both physical and digital services in the bullion market. We are recruiting an Administration Assistant to support their Sales & Client Services team.
Position Overview:
This full-time onsite role involves providing administrative support to the Sales & Client Services team, focusing on client account management and ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with activating new client accounts and ensuring compliance with KYC requirements.
- Respond to FreshDesk tickets and address client queries.
- Call clients to verify bank details and maintain accurate data.
- Manage a high volume of administrative tasks efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administration, ideally in a high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and professional client interaction.
- Eligible to work full-time in Australia.
