ABOUT THE ROLE

We're seeking dedicated individuals for permanent roles starting in April! You'll work on-site located a short stroll from Parramatta station but can also enjoy the flexibility of working from home 3 days per week once the training period ends.

SHIFTS
There are two shift options detailed below. Please be prepared to select a preference:
The base salary is $61,000 + super with shift loading on top. This means you will earn between $66,000 - $71,000 + super per annum. If you choose the rotational shift option your potential earnings will be higher.
Option A - Rotational Shift

• Standard 37.5 hour week and 7.5 hour days
• Monday to Friday and work every second Saturday 9am to 5pm. The roster changes weekly.
• Shift times start at: 7:45am, 8:15am, 10am or 12pm
• 18% shift loading on top of base salary

Option B - Fixed Shift

• Standard 37.5 hour week and 7.5 hour days
• Monday to Friday
• Shift time: starting from 8.30am, 8:45am, 9am or 9:15am
• 9.5% shift loading on top of base salary

DUTIES

• Manage the customer experience for members to ensure that they always receive personal and exceptional service
• Manage a high volume of inbound calls regarding enquiries, membership and claim requests
• Update and maintain databases
• Troubleshoot customer issues over the phone
• Handle challenging customer conversations with confidence

In summary, we are seeking candidates with similar experience who possess strong communication skills, the ability to engage in meaningful conversations, demonstrate empathy and think quickly in dynamic situations. Additionally, they should have a positive and professional demeanor, as well as excellent written communication skills. Once you graduate from the training programme you will have some flexibility with a hybrid structure of minimum 2 days in the office.

REQUIREMENTS

• The training period runs for 3 months and will be full-time in the office from 8:30am to 5pm
• You must be available to start on Monday 28 April 2025
• You must not have any holiday in the 3-month training period
• You must undergo a police and background check
• Sydney based candidates only; this is an office-based role
