Key Responsibilities
- Conduct compliance reviews across major construction projects
- Ensure projects meet the Building Code of Australia (BCA) & NCC regulations
- Oversee certification processes and regulatory approvals
- Work closely with developers, asset owners, contractors, consultants, and government bodies
- Provide expert advice on compliance solutions and risk management
- A background in construction, engineering, or project management
- Knowledge of building codes, compliance, and regulations (or willingness to learn)
- Experience in commercial fit-outs within a contractor environment (highly desirable)
- A Construction Management degree (highly desirable)
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- A proactive and collaborative approach
- Commercial and professional acumen
- Full working rights to work in Australia with PR or citizenship
