Assisting one of our partners, the individual who takes this role could make a major contribution to the future of the practice.
RoleThe position will involve assisting the Partner with Property, Local Government, Estate Lawand general advice matters for Council & Private clients.
This role will involve working with our Council clients in the preparation of planningagreements and various deeds as well as contracts for Sale of Land, Leases and generaladvice work.
There is large Conveyancing client base and therefore PEXA experience and skills to manageconveyancing matters independently is required.
Experience with Wills and Estate work is required and some experience in contested Estatematters would be an advantage.
Candidate3 years experience in Property, Local Government & Wills and Estate work.Any experience with large corporations or government authorities is helpful.

SalaryRemuneration is negotiable and will be based on the experience and capability of thesuccessful candidate.
