The Role: As an Assistant Project Manager , you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of exciting and complex projects across the property and facilities sector. Working closely with senior project managers and multidisciplinary teams, you will gain hands-on experience in managing projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across multiple stakeholders
- Help manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery
- Conduct site visits and ensure work aligns with quality standards and safety protocols
- Provide support in stakeholder management, including clients, contractors, and vendors
- Assist with risk assessment and mitigation strategies
- Track project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management
- Foster a collaborative and team-oriented environment
What We're Looking For:
- A relevant degree or qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience or a passion for starting a career in project management (experience in construction or facilities management is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and solution-oriented attitude
- Knowledge of project management software and tools is a plus
