About the role:

This is a great opportunity for a Property Acquisition Support Officer to join the high-performing and collaborative Property Acquisition team. You will be responsible for providing project and administrative support to the property acquisition team to enable the effective management of acquisition projects and business-as-usual requirements.

About you:

  • 5+ years’ experience working in an administrative role with property experience looked upon favourably (but not essential)
  • Tertiary or administrative qualifications in Property/Business or relevant discipline, or experience deemed equivalent
  • Experience working with Government Statutory authorities, Councils, Developers and Private landowners looked upon favorably
  • Experience in various types of property transactions is beneficial although not essential
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationship with internal and external customers
  • Demonstrated corporate stakeholder and customer service experience required
  • The ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders as required
  • Ability to think strategically and problem solve where required
  • Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision
