Description:
We are now looking for an eager and proactive Accounts Receivable Officer (Credit Controller) to join our Head Office Finance Team in Strathfield South.
This is a fixed-term full-time position covering maternity leave for 12 months, with the potential to become permanent.
You will be responsible for:
• Raising invoices including creating consolidated invoices
• Debt collection including making collection calls and managing overdue accounts
• Aid or resolve (where applicable) customer enquiries
• Allocations and receipting including entry of cash receipts and cheques
• Obtaining approvals for credit notes and entering these in our system
• Reconciling accounts
• Sending regular statements via email on a weekly/monthly basis
• Monitor and respond to a large volume of customer quires (both via phone and email)
• Liaising with managers to resolve client account queries
• Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers in all forms of communication
• Other duties as required
About You:
• 1+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• An enthusiastic and positive approach with excellent communication skills – written/oral
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Intermediate Excel
• Willingness to be part of a team.
• Prior experience working with Dynamics, particularly D365 would be a distinct advantage
