We are looking for a highly motivated, detail orientated individual to join our Finance team based at our National Support Office in Central Auckland!About OCS:

About the role:
This is a permanent full-time position and will be based in our National Support Office in Central Auckland.
Working alongside the wider Finance team, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
· Raise sales orders and credit notes.
· Prepare purchase requisition and purchase orders and update to ensure all the information is up to date and ensure the authority Matrix has been followed.
· Respond to customer queries and issues relating to accounts, invoices, payments, purchase orders and sales orders and to follow up where necessary to ensure all issues or queries are resolved.
· Assisting with month end duties and analysing cost and revenue.
· Maintain assets, transfer/disposal of assets
· Assisting with master data maintenance (setting up customers, new vendors etc)
· Any ad hoc tasks as required.
· Ensure that all weekly and monthly reporting completed for internal and external key clients within the agreed timeframe.
About You:Finance
Skills and experience required:
· High level of accuracy and attention to detail
· Be able to manage time effectively
· Proven ability of creating and building strong working relationships.
· Knowledge of SAP desired, not preferred.
· Knowledge of relevant accounting principles and regulations.
· Good communication skills and problem-solving ability.
· You must be able to pass relevant screening and security checks.
