Our Client
Our client is a Australian owned, well established, expanding, supplier of high end commercial furniture solutions. They sell and specify a range of local and imported products into various commercial fit out projects and this role is focused on selling and specifying their range into clients in the Brisbane Metro area.
Your New Job
They are seeking to employ an experienced, dynamic business development manager who can drive specifications & sales of their product ranges. The role will see you face to face with specifiers, builders and various commercial end users including Government, Healthcare, Education, Workplace and Hospitality. Working autonomously but supported by a local factory and admin/estimating you will drive brand awareness and increase revenue.
You will be measured on an achievable sales budget and KPI's and the role will be proactive and client facing.
Skills Required
We are seeking applicants who can demonstrate the following skills;
- Proven track record of specification / direct sales in the commercial fit out industry in Australia.
- Highly developed industry relationships with Tier 1 A&D, builders and commercial end users.
- Strong face to face relationship building skills and superb presentation skills.
- Excellent tender and specification sales background and understanding of the sales process.
- A self-motivated approach to selling and building relationships.
- Desire to build a long term career with our client.
