Originally established in 1993 in Sydney, we have grown to a team of over 500 professionals spread across Australia. This year, as we celebrate our 32nd year in business, we’re incredibly proud to remain an Australian, privately owned company. We provide our clients with quality commercial landscaping solutions, including landscape construction, landscape maintenance, civil works, building services, irrigation, environmental services, and sports turf/golf course management.
So, what duties can you expect to do in your apprenticeship?
- Working on iconic sites
- Working in a high learning environment (Hands on)
- High end Horticultural Gardening
- Chemical application
- Maintenance based tasks across commercial sites.
- Flora identification
- Tafe days – practical and theory component
- Working within a team and alongside a qualified person
- Working towards your Certificate III in Parks and Gardens
- Practical and technical skills in planting and cultivating trees, shrubs, ornamental and flowering plants
- Operating basic machinery
- maintaining irrigation and drainage systems
- installing water features
- Learn best conservation and Land improvement practices
What are we looking for?
- Someone with a genuine interest in getting trade qualified while being paid
- An interest in pursuing a career in the Landscape/Horticulture Industry.
- Someone that wants a career with many great opportunities for advancement
- Available to work Monday to Friday with 1 day a week at Tafe
What will you need?
- Driver’s licence and own transport. Or ability to Get to site.
- National Police Check (willing to obtain one at our expense)
- Working with Children Check (willing to obtain one if over 18)
