We are a Modern Café in Underwood, with a passion to create good quality food for our customers. This Café is the creation of two hardworking friends, whom both place a great emphasis on high customer satisfaction and a good working environment for staff to grow in.
We are looking for individuals who are not only talented in the kitchen but are also committed to excellence, eager to develop their skills, and dedicated to delivering high-quality dishes . We have full-time opportunities available with positions across day and night shifts, for both breakfast and dinner chefs.
About the Role
As a chef at Mi Casa, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth kitchen operations and maintaining our high standards of quality and consistency. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and executing high-quality dishes with precision and efficiency
- Managing food preparation, stock control, and kitchen organisation
- Maintaining strict food safety and hygiene standards
- Working collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Ensuring consistency in presentation and taste across all dishes
- Adapting to high-pressure service periods while maintaining professionalism
