ROLE DESCRIPTION
We have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Manager in our Powerwave Gaming Accessories division. Powerwaveis a leading gaming accessories brand that provides high-quality, affordable solutions for gamers.
The successful candidate will take complete ownership of the brand within AID, shaping its product roadmap, implementing marketing strategies, and driving retail partnerships. This is an exciting role for someone passionate about gaming, technology, and brand development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute brand strategies to drive awareness, sales, and market share for Powerwave.
- Work closely with global suppliers and national retailers to launch new products and manage existing lines.
- Plan and implement marketing initiatives, including promotions, packaging design, and digital campaigns.
- Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to refine strategies.
- Manage pricing, inventory forecasting, and retail partnerships to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams, includingdesign and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including e-commerce, in-store, and digital marketing.
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience in brand management preferably within gaming, consumer electronics, or similar category.
- Strong understanding of retail, e-commerce, and distribution channels.
- Knowledge of gaming hardware, peripherals, and accessories is highly regarded.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Highly analytical with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and disciplined
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
