Southside Toyota has a vacancy for a Service Advisor to join the team at our Mt Gravatt & Woolloongabba sites.
The successful applicant will demonstrate a professional approach, passion, willingness to follow process and an eager attitude so as to provide an exceptional experience for our customers. We will give you the tools and the training to be successful in this role.
Reporting directly to the Service Manager, this will be a dynamic and rewarding position. With a very supportive General Manager, we have a caring and supportive culture that is focused on exceeding our customers expectations.

About this role
- Providing at all times an exceptional experience to customers
- Professional handling of customer service and warranty repair enquiries and bookings, with quoting of Toyota Service Advantage Pricing
- Following department procedures, including driveway service reception, repair order creation & closing off, job costing, recommending and quoting repair work, obtaining customer approval, and vehicle handover
- Estimating cost and time required to complete service work
- Liaising with the Foreman to ensure all repair work is carried out on time
- Maintaining a high level of presentation of the service reception and customer facilities
- Occasional travel required for product launch & training events
- Keeping customer relationship management systems updated, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Ability to value all customer interactions and strive for a customer first mindset
Essential Skills
- Time management, organizational skills, and ability to work efficiently
- Ability to support and work with other team members and departments
- Reliable, with good follow through when managing our customers and any other matters
- Ability to achieve monthly KPI's and targets
- Exceptional communication skills, both in person and over the phone
- Professional work manner and presentation
- Previous Service Advisor experience highly regarded
- Toyota experience highly regarded but not essential
